| Aruba
|
| We had a wonderful time in Aruba. The hotel we stayed in was the Renaissance Tower Marina. The room that they put us in was not what I wanted. We faced the back street, although it was pretty with all the brightly colored buildings, I wanted an ocean view. My husband went down to the desk and asked for a room with a "better view". They put us in an Ocean view room where we could see the cruise ships coming in & docking and the beautiful sunsets. Of course, they charged us another $250. I was a little upset about that. Other than that the people at the hotel were just great to us. We even took a "jeep tour" of the island. It was so much fun. We were glad that we stayed "in town. We took cabs to where we wanted to go. We ate at Papiamento's (wonderful), LG Smith (ok), Driftwood (wonderful) and Tuscany (good).

|
| Hi , Judy We enjoyed our vacation at Sandals BAHAMAS . The water is crystal clear with fine white sand . We took the bus into town to shop ( i.e. the Straw Market) and see the historical buildings. We also took the tour of the island with stops at the forts and Anna Nicole's house. When it rained we made use of the gym. The Crystal Restaurant served the best food and the waiter brought the desert in on his head. thanks again for another great vacation.

| BEACHES Turks & Caicos
|
| You were right...my daughter Amy loved the chocolate chip cookies!!! I think we all gained 5lbs each, but it was worth it. BEACHES was great. Shows were fantastic, weather was pretty good. The water was beautiful and snorkling was just amazing! Thanks for recommending Turks & Caicos. See you again...

|
| You were right--it's a gem! Luxury at all levels. Tropical paradise that has to be experienced to be believed! We loved the tours and learned much about bio-diversity and this eco-friendly place. I've raved about it to all I know. My girlfriend from work is amazed and asked for your name for her son's honeymoon. I know Ed is dreaming about that Egypt/Greece tour you told him about for next year. We're going to ask our grandson to come along. But I'd go back to Paradisus in a heartbeat. Ed actually "relaxed" for the first time in twenty years! Thank you for creating beautiful experiences and memories in our lives.

| Sorry I'm just getting to you about our trip to Iberostar Punta Cana. We had a wonderful trip, of course we all ate too much because the food was so good. Service was excellent. We were not to happy about the shows they were not as good as last year in Dreams. We are all looking forward to next year and maybe staying for 10 days if we can find a nice place to go, so please keep us in mind if you have a deal on some place nice. The Apple <Vacations> people were very nice. We booked a snorkeling trip and the weather was so bad we really did not want to go, so the Apple respresentative got us our money back, which we thought was very good of him to do so. Thanks again,

| Punta Cana
|
| We loved Punta Cana! Ocean Blue is a beautiful resort. The pools were wonderful and the kids loved them. The food was good. We tried some of the restaurants and liked them all. The beach was okay, but we spent most of our time at the pool. Our room was across from the pool and close to the beach, so the location was perfect. And best of all - no bugs in the room!
The negatives of Ocean Blue were very minor. The maid cleaned the room, but didn't leave clean towels unless we left a note. The room was very musty. We brought an air freshener and Fabreze to make it smell better.
We would rate it a four out of five stars.
We are already thinking about returning to Punta Cana next July. We visited the Iberostar resorts (Punta Cana, Dominicana, and Bavaro) next to Ocean Blue while we were there. They seemed to have more things for the kids to do there. They had a lot more shade, too. (Plus they had nachos and popcorn as snacks - that sold the kids!) .....Thanks,
Dori and Bruce Rodgers

| Punta Cana
|
| The trip was tremendous! It far exceeded our expectations and deserves the raves that it gets. Our 21 and 17 year old did not want to leave. The Sunscape Grand was fabulous, the staff great! Thanks for the gifts found in our rooom. Can't wait to book the return trip!!!! Some hints for future travelers: (1) Do not bring travelers checks. The hotel uses a bank on property to handle all financial matters and they charge 10% to convert travelers checks cashed into american money. Cash can be placed into your room safe for security however we found that even items left out in open in the room are safe. The staff are truly honest and nice people. (2) Even though it is all inclusive we still felt the need to "reward" some of the staff who were exceptional with small tips during our stay. For that reason bring extra singles and fives! You CANNOT get them on the island. (3) They are adding 200 more rooms and a casino.Construction is in progress

| Thank you so much for acting so quickly and standing behind us in regards to the excursion trouble we had. Other than that, the trip was wonderful. The resort was very nice and we were all able to fly together both ways even though we signed up at different times. I appreciate your efforts and how easy you made it for us. I had done a trip in the past with the same amount of people, through another agency (a large one) and felt more like a dollar sign than a person. You have always been easy to reach and very accommodating. I think it is safe to say that I speak for the other 17 people as they all want to do this again. Thank you again, Sincerely,

Just wanted to thank you for making our vacation so much fun. We got back from Punta Cana yesterday and loved the resort. The apple vacation rep Ceasar that was at the Iberostar Bavaro was fabulous and every Apple rep we encountered the entire trip. All were smiling, friendly and extremely helpful in making our vacation a true vacation. The 3 girls I was with all are ready to plan vacations again and said they will only use you and your company for now on. They all are going to recommend you to family and friends also. If there weren't Apple reps available and ready to help, we never would have survived. We filled out Apple surveys on the way home and checked excellent for just about everything. Thanks again and looking forward to planning something with your help again in the future!!!!!!!!!!

| 10 night Mexican Riviera
|
| We just returned from a wonderful 10 day Mexican Riviera cruise on Princess. We hadn't realized, but my husband and I were told on this cruise by our cabin steward that this was our tenth cruise with Princess. We have also cruised with other lines, but we always seem to go back to Princess. You and your staff have arranged every one of our glorious vacations and we would not have it any other way! No need to even try someone else. We feel like our vacation starts from the time we walk thru your door to make our arrangements. Looking forward to booking another ten trips with you! Happy Holidays!

| Thank you so much for the chocolate covered strawberries & bottle of wine on our cruise. The cruise was absolutely spectacular! Everything was superb on the cruise as well as our stay in Vancouver. We wouldn't cruise any other line but Princess. Everyone on the ship was courteous and attentive. The room in Vancouver at the Westin Bayshore was beautiful. We were a little delayed coming home due to the bad weather in Philadelphia. Our flight from Toronto didn't leave til 11:25pm. Thank goodness I didn't schedule myself to work on Wednesday. All I can say is the trip was spectacular, superb. Thanks again for everything you did to make this such a memorable trip fo us.

| 16 day Transatlantic-Mediterranean
|
Hi Judy,
David and I had a wonderful time on the cruise. It was more than perfect. The waiters were fantastic, the spa and trainers were excellent, the cabin steward was great as was the food entertainment and activities. I even won second prize for making the most progress in a spa exercise program called, Transatlantic Transformations (nicknamed Boot Camp) that ran for the 16 days of the cruise. It was offered for the first time by the trainers. About 20 people were in the program, all ages, male and female.
Thanks for your part too. All the arrangements went very smoothly and just as you planned for us. Thank you too for the wines and strawberries and canapés. They were delicious. It was a trip to remember....Thanks again for making such a beautiful trip so easy to enjoy.

|
| Hi All! Another perfect "Great Escape"! Everything went extremely well. The CARIBBEAN PRINCESS was one of the best ships we've been on, many nice changes from the other GRAND class we've traveled aboard. Princess just gets it right every time. Food was excellent, weather was great, all new entertainment, accommodations, well, just perfect! Thanks so much for the photos and the wine, we spent a nice evening on our balcony, full moon above, nice calm sea, getting pie-eyed! You folks are just the greatest!

| 7 night cruise to Bermuda
|
| Our 7 night Philly/Bermuda cruise was just perfect--EVEN with the terrible rough seas we encountered the first night out. The Empress of the Seas is a very nice little ship--everyone was eager to please. Our cabin was just perfect! It was a "sideways" setup right near the elevators & stairs--right below the Lido deck!! Bermuda is absolutely beautiful--pink sand, palm trees, and shopping! It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Lori for all of your expertise. We will surely use Great Escapes (perfect name) for all of our future vacations! You're the BEST.
P. S. I almost forgot--not only did we come home relaxed, but TAN!

| 7-night Mexican Riviera Cruise

| I am writing this to yo as Bill & I have just finished our balcony breakfast. When my husband says to me "hurry up, you don't want to miss a minute of this!" I know he's thrilled. We waited until the day after PV <Puerto Vallarta> The sea was calm, the air warm & the view was endless. To say we had a great escape is an understatement--we had the trip of a lifetime! We can never say Thank You enough.
There are so many little things, well spectacular really. Our first day at sea, we awoke to a double rainbow & dolphins following us--pure magic. The trip got better & better. Now we have 2 days at sea. We intend to savor every minute. Thank you again..

| OUr Alaska trip was more pleasurable than we could have ever imagined. Princess was amazing. We would recommend using Princess to anyone planning a cruise or land trip. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. We cannot begin to thank you for your expert advice, the wonderful way that your office and Princess <cruise line> made every effort to make our Alaska trip so wonderful. The chocolate-covered strawberries were delicious and such a surprise and treat. Your generosity was overwhelming to say the least when we realized you have us the cover charge for our steak dinner to celebrate or 40th anniversary also! What an unexpected surprise. Our trip was much more than we could have ever hoped. We haven't stopped taling about it. Our memories are awesome! This was a truly a trip of a lifetime and your office, you personally and Princess were very instrumental in making it so fantastic. We will tell all of our friends and hopefully we can plan more trips through your office in the future. It was so great that you made sure the weather was good too--and added bonus! Thank you again form the bottom of our hearts.

| Mediterranean/Greek Isles
|
| Just wanted to say thanks for everything. The Strawberries were fabulous as was the wine and champagne! The trip was the ultimate high. I have never enjoyed anything as much. The sights were so dramatic with all the history, etc. I took over 1,000 pictures and am still trying to decide which to keep. It really was the best trip ever. The Cruise was great. The only negative I could mention is that the bed was so bad that they changed it for me after 5 nights on board. It was a mattress that had a mind of it's own. Once again, thanks for all you did to make our vacation what it was.

| Mexican Riviera cruise

|
DIAMOND PRINCESS was just okay; good food and good entertainment, however lousy weather and too many ignorant oriental passengers onboard. I can't explain it, the ship just seemed "out of step" somehow. The cruise director staff was limited and they didn't have a whole lot of things to do on the sea days. Couldn't use the balcony while the ship was underway due to wind and temperature, so we had our champagne breakfast in our stateroom. We did have a nice stay in Long Beach Friday night before the cruise, they had their 15th annual grand prix car race going on and saw some really remarkable people. All in all, the UAL flights out and back were perfect and we used Princess check in, sending our bags to the airport and having our boarding passes in hand when we left the ship. We did put a deposit down on a future cruise, but this ship didn't even have a Princess Rep onboard to talk to personally. At this point, another west coast cruise won't be considered, maybe staying in the Caribbean where we have more fun. Thanks again for your great service and the champagne breakfast.

| Just wanted to let you know that the cruise was fabulous, the weather was great and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The Atlantic was as calm as the Caribbean Sea, low 80’s, sunshine and blue skies the whole week. The only rain we encountered was on Sunday when we returned to Phila. The only complaint is that they should stay longer in Nova Scotia, 9:00 – 3:30 is not enough time to explore. My brother and sister-in-law are hooked. Thank you very much for the wine, we enjoyed it.
I hear that Don’s son Michael has contacted you about possible arrangements to get married in Jamaica? We haven’t talked to him lately about it, so we are unsure as to the plans. We did tell him that you would be sure to give him the best advise on where and when to go.
Again, thanks for your expertise and you cannot retire, ever!!

| I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much Don & I enjoyed our cruise! Thank you so much for our complimentary Wine and Chocolate Goodies!
Never having gone a cruise we did not know what to expect. We were more than pleased. Our service was excellent, food was great and may I add...PLENTIFUL!! The waiters, housekeepers and staff could not do enough for you.
We enjoyed the great entertainment every night--from the ship's singers & dancers to the comedians. We also were very pleased with the entertainment in the small lounges...very talented performers. We met some very nice people on board (fellow passengers and staff).
We were happy with our shore excursions for the most part. The only one I would do differently is the Peggy's Cove trip. The boat ride was too long, and we could not hear the person talking over the boat motor (but that's how you learn).
Don was disappointed that he did not realize he could have ordered his coffee delivered to our cabin! Thank you again for your help in planning our trip and if we can help you in anyway with more information please do not hesitate to call us.

|
| Well we are back from our cruise and I have to tell you that out of all the cruises we have been on, this was the best. There are no complaints about anything from the ship to the food to the ports of call. The weather was picture perfect and very warm. The other part that was very nice was at the pier in San Juan. Once we were off the ship we went right to the American Airlines booth and checked in our bags and didn’t see them again until we landed in Phila. and in Phila. the bags were waiting for us as soon as we got to baggage. Wonderful!
Anyway, thanks for recommending CELEBRITY, I think that may be our next cruise lines.
Thanks again for all you do for us.

| 15 day Scenic IRELAND
|
| We returned from Ireland exhausted but happy. The country is absolutely beautiful and the people we met were hospitable and eager to share their country with visitors. The hotels were wonderful. Two could have been rated as 4 star. The others were wonderful in other ways--dining room, location, or ambience. The Great Northern in Bundooren sat on a cliff overlooking the sea with a marvelous cliff walk and a golf course. The decision to select this trip of the perimeter of Ireland was the right decision. The Antrim coast was absolutely beautiful and going to Ireland without seeing the North is an incomplete trip. Derry (Londonderry) is a fascinating city and the guide gave us a new insight into the schism that exists. Thank you for your help in planning this trip--especially your assertiveness in getting us the flight we wanted. There was one other person who had the same problem. She was staying in Limerick an extra day entirely at her own expense. Thanks for getting us the hotel voucher.

| Hi, how are you? Doing well I hope! Anyway, we're home. What a whirlwind trip. Don't ask us for a month or so what we did or saw. We thought Alaska was action packed. | Austria & Switzerland
|
| Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with the Globus tour to Austria and Switzerland. This was our first experience with Globus and we're very impressed with their operations. Their hotel accommodations, touring, restaurants, optional excursions, etc., were all First Class! And the tour guide assigned to our 13 days was nothing short of phenominal!! His knowledge of history, events, family lineages, etc, made each excursion so interesting and his sense of humor made the bus rides enjoyable. We only had one day of rain and snow and that was up in Zermatt, expected at that high an elevation. We will certainly utilize Globus again as we were thoroughly impressed! Thank you for all you did for us and the Harpers <the friends they traveled with> especially in changing airlines following the Heathrow incident. It all worked out well even though round-about (Zurich to Dulles to O'Hare to Phila) on our return flight. This was a very memorable tour.

| Danube River cruise
|
| Our Danube River Cruise was everything we expected and more. Everyone on the planes, boat, guides and hotel were very informative and helpful. The cruise people made everything fresh for us even though we know they do the same thing week after week.
Our Lufthansa flight had mechanical problems in Phila and we sat on the plane for 4 hours at the gate. The crew took good care of everyone and kept us informed of the problems. We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt, but found we had already been booked on the next flight out. Even our luggage made it! They also called the Viking Europe for us to let them know to pick us up at 2:00pm instead of 11:00am. We would definitely recommend Lufthansa, Viking River cruises and the Hilton Budapest plus Great Escapes to anyone!

| European Sampler
|
| This trip was perfect to sample Europe's highlights. Globus did a good job in arranging everything including an excellent tour director, driver and guides. Our fellow travelers were great. British Airways was very hospitable. We had an absolutely wonderful trip and took hundreds of pictures. We also went on almost all the extra excursions which further enriched our experience. Eight countries and two principalities-AWESOME!

|
| WOW! The girls getaway trip to Greece was awesome. It is hard to believe that everything went as planned in this day and age. Thanks to Judy at Great Escapes and Central Holidays for all their work. We especially enjoyed Mykonos. We weren't considering this island at first, but we are glad that we followed Judy's advice! We are ready to go back! Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories.

| Once again, wonderful vacation, no bad surprises only good ones. Your advice and input were right on the money! Of course, Rome was amazing with all the ancient sites but my favorite cities were Venice and Verona. The guides were invaluable. Globus was a great choice. Thank you so very much.

| Italy
|
| A note of appreciation for Judy's great work in coordinating a wonderful itinerary for my husband and me on our first trip to Italy. She is very knowledgable about the country, transportation options, and hotels. We talked for awhile about what was a reasonable itinerary for 9 days, and we decided to go to Rome and then to Capri--instead of a multi-city trip. Since it was our first trip, Judy provided service people to pick us up from the airport and the train station and take us to the ferry and even rode the ferry and escorted us to the hotel in Capri. This service took a lot of the stress out of traveling, I'll tell you! Judy is very efficient--all of our paperwork was in order. She recommended tours and provided guidance on activities. We had a wonderful time! We'll be contacting Judy for our travel plans next year!

| NORTHERN ITALY Self Drive
|
| I sincerely wish our trip had never ended! To be continually surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and exquisite architecture; to be able to explore areas close to where we stayed such as Portofino, Bellagio, Baveno; and to be able to experience local customs and cuisine were all a part of "the best that life has to offer". When you're traveling to three different locations (Venice, Santa Margherita, Lake Como) and you're packing and unpacking several times--comfort becomes a real priority. All hotels (Principe, Lido Palace, and Barchetta Excelsior) provided a high degree of comfort and we were in control of the room temperature, though we needed no A/C on the sea or lake. I would suggest to opt for the lake view whenever you can--it only costs $20.00 per night extra but the experience is priceless! An unexpected pleasure was encountered at the Lido Palace where our bedroom, bath, and living room were arranged on 3 different levels and our balcony opened to the sea. Even the grandest bedroom and bath can't touch the feeling of freedom and mobility you have in a little suite or apartment. In this setting, we shopped at local stores and made our lunch "at home". THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting this trip together for us--we're already in the planning stages for next year-God willing! Europe is a tremendous draw and more and more, South Jersey is the place I'd like to just visit! Thank you again, we'll be in touch.

| Self-drive Spain
|
| People were friendly in France and Italy, but people in Spain were family! Literally will stop traffic to help you! Traffic in Barcelona as confusing as in Rome. Food is wonderful everywhere. Our hotels were comfortable and spacious. We drove down the eastern coast on July 2nd and caught cool sea breezes. Heat came on July 13th, the day we left. Marbella, Puerto Banus was comparable to Sorrento (Italy) resort area, with exquisite views. Prices in Spain are far lower than in France or Italy. However, a top notch restaurant will cost 300 Euros for 2 people (Quo Vadis in Barcelona) yet you can have a delicious dinner at a local place for 40 Euros. If you stop at a Supermercado, you will pick up a delicious lunch, plus wine, plus dessert for 5 Euros! Don't miss the "Hypercor"--a huge one stop market which provides incredible products (food to furniture) at incredible prices. We would return to Spain in a heartbeat! Thank you Judy, you've changed our lives--you've brought beauty!

| Orlando
|
This note is a bit tardy however, wanted you to know that we had a fabulous trip to Orlando. Every detail was attended to, there were zero issues/problems. All we needed to worry about was where we were going next to have some more fun. Sheraton Vistana Villas was a great choice. The kitchenette, washer and dryer made life lots easier for us. The property was great and Thomas loved the fact that the main pool was open until 1AM every night. All went well and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for doing all the legwork and taking care of everything for us. We'll be calling you to plan and schedule our next vacation, once we recover from this one. No more theme parks! I've had enough. Do you book vacations to rest home facilities? The even better news is that I am now cancer-free. Came home to those results, which was terrific. Thanks for everything, Judy. You did a great job.

| Orlando
|
| Despite the rainy days, I believe our trip was GREAT. We were able to see all that we planned. The villa we stayed at was much better than staying at a hotel. It made us feel more at home. The only complaint of trip was the shuttling service <complimentary to theme parks from resort>. Overcrowded, not enough. We rented a car the very next day because of this, which actually made our trip more relaxing. Thank you for all your work. Hope to use your company for future trips.

| We just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Walt Disney World. We got our connected rooms and the food plan was definintely worth it. As a matter of fact, we were so full from lunch one day that we cancelled our dinner reservations. We can't thank you enough for all the great times we have had in Disney every time you have planned it for us. You never hesitate to do whatever is necessary to make our trip grand. We did go to the water parks and DisneyQuest this time around so it was worth the little extra. Thomas even crossed the icebergs in Blizzard Beach without fear. We even had a magical wish granted. We were the first campers in Animal Kingdom and we had a photo taken with all the characters. We will stop by with the picture. Thanks again. Paul wants to go again real soon.

| Walt Disney World
|
| Hi Judy, I can't believe our trip is over. We had a marvelous time. I've been to Walt Disney World many times over the past 20 years but this last trip was the best one ever. Disney does what most fail at which is providing exceptional service. I was prepared to handle the heat and long waits but I am happy to say that my fears were replaced by great service. Disney's Magical Express Transportation, Fast Pass, and Dining Plan have made such a difference in the Disney Vacation Experience.
By using the Disney Magical Express Transportation we dealt only with our carry on bag. We checked in our bags at the Philadelphia airport and found them waiting in our room when our room was available. From stepping off the plane in Orlando and arriving at the Disney Transportation station we literally walked right onto a bus waiting to take us to our resort. Once at the resort we were checked in immediately. We checked in our carry on bags with the bell boy and was off to a park three hours after stepping on our plane in Philadelphia. Disney also eliminated any aggravation in returning home by having at the resort an airline help desk. They checked our luggage and provided us with boarding passes, delivered us to our departing flight and we walked directly to security and on to our gate. I can't say it enough how impressed I was with the exceptional service. I lost an item that had personal value to me but of no value to others and the staff treated my report of this lost item as if it were worth thousands. I eventually found it and notified the resort but could not get over how helpful they were. The Disney Food plan was wonderful as well. I was concerned about not being able to get reservations to use the sit down credits of the plan but we were able to make reservation at various restraints one day in advance. It's a great value. My 12 year old son ate steak every night.
I also need to mention that you and your colleagues at Great Escapes have always provided us with great service as well. :-) Thank you very much.

| Walt Disney World
|
| We recently returned from our family vacation to Walt Disney World. It was wonderful!
The Disney's Magical Express was so convenient. We didn't have to worry about picking up our luggage at the airport when we arrived. It just showed up while we were out getting our vacation started. There is so much to do, thankfully I had planned out a lot before we left home. Our resort, the Wilderness Lodge, was amazing.
We were not aware that Southwest Airlines doesn't give seating. We could not get our boarding passes early online because we had paper tickets rather than etickets. Next time if we do fly Southwest we will make sure we get E-tickets so that we can get advanced boarding passes & not have to be in the last group to board the plane.
Over all we had the best family vacation we have ever had. My daughter is 13, Disney is not just for families with small children. Thank you for all your help.

| I'm writing to tell you, rather tardily, that on my last trip to Walt Disney World (November 30-December 8) I had the kind of blast you can't approach with dynamite. The Wilderness Lodge was great, and the dining plan was phenomenal--lots of food for your money. Can't wait until my May trip... Thanks for being wonderful travel agents and friends, and I'll see you soon.

| The Beach Club Villas were great--enough room for the 5 of us--had everthing you could need and daily housekeeping service. Disney Dining Plan was more than worth it. Table service meals included beverage, appetizer, entree and dessert. You could choose anything from the menus. We would next time choose the Beach Club villas and Dining Plan...Daria & Daria thank you for your recommendation! Magical Express Transportation was very organized. We liked checking our luggage at Phila and then having it in our room waiting when we arrived. Some airlines for return trip you could check in at your hotel. USAir was not one of the as of yet. A great feature!

| I write this our last night in Playa Del Carmen. We can't thank you enough for the awesome trip you found for us. As I said in March, this was our first "true" vacation where we didn't know someone. This not only met our expectiations but by far exceeded them.
We were upgraded to a beachfront Jr. Suite that was beautiful. The people here were unbelievably wonderful...from the bell hop who greeted up upon arrival to the owner of the jet ski's who treated us like princesses! Thak you for our wonderfun Maya Vacation!

| 7-night Cozumel
|
| A delayed flight from Phila to our Atlanta connection caused us to miss our flight to Cozumel. However we had an adventure flying to Cancun, bussing to Playa del Carmen, & racing to make the last ferry to Cozumel. Finally made it 8 1/2 hours later and after a lot of suitcase lugging. Hotel Cozumel is clean, friendly, convenient & comfortable. We had a couple of problems with our shower & safe but we were moved. The food wasn't the greatest but the grill items were good and there was enough to choose from if you didn't like something. It is really great for Scuba Divers. Everything is there--equipment rental, lessons, courses & boats to the reefs. We would go back to this resort!

| 7night Riviera Maya
|
| Well we had a great time, weather could have been a little warmer but overall we had a great time. The service was very good, food was wonderful, any kind of drink we wanted and best of all Champagne all day long. The view from our room was beautiful. Shows every nite were very good. We even did some dancing. Over all we had a great time. How ever for the bad part. I feel the communication on the air lines part was not good. We spend the nite in a Hotel in Phila. so we could make it to the airport. We called before leaving the Hotel at 3:30 AM and were told the plane was on time. Upon arriving at the airport we were again told it was on time. About 2 hours later we were told we had a delay and we would be leaving around noon. Well we did not leave until 6:30 PM I feel maybe we should be compensated for our time lost. Hope to hear from you. Thanks for a great trip.

| Cabo San Lucas
|
| We had a great trip to Cabo. I would definitely recommend staying in San Jose del Cabo vs Cabo San Lucas (which seemed honky tonk). A drive through the desert landscape was interesting and we took a one day excursion including the Cabo San Lucas bay tour. San Jose is a cute town with some interesting restaurants, etc. The Royal Solaris had good food and entertainment. I think the highlight was the warmth of the people (generally throughout the Baja they were very friendly and never honked at my strange driving maneuvers). The biggest negative is the pressure for time share tours (even in our hotel). I did feel a bit like a second class citizen since most of the better rooms were reserved for the time share folks and they had special events for them as well. The ocean is a little rough for the less confident swimmers and the weather was a littler chillier than expected (a couple of nights in the 50's); there were no watersports . But we had a good time and glad we went. See you soon! A & M Hicks, Haddon Heights, NJ

| We want you to know how much we enjoyed our 8 day Caravan journey from Mexico City to Vera Cruz, Palenque, Uxmal, and Merida etc. The service and food at each hotel was excellent, and we were always provided bottled water. Our trip to Secrets Capri was awesome!! Judy did a great job for us. When we arrived and they handed us champagne and a cool towel to wipe our brows, we just knew it was going to be a great vacation. We actually upgraded to the Presidential Suite in time for our 20th anniversary. What a great night that was. I highly recommend Secrets Capri in the Riviera Maya to everyone. We met so many wonderful people and have some terrific memories. We took one outside tour to Chikin Ha and had a great time. Our guide, Miguel, was so knowledgeable and fun it made they trip really great. Seeing the Mayan culture as they live today was enlightening and being treated to their cuisine was a delight. | First off our travel agent Judy Rawls was excellent. When you are ready to book a trip, you must ask for her. She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and professional. Our trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico for vacation and a friend's wedding was perfect. Our stay at the Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort was an experience we will never forget. You definitely get your money's worth at this 5 Star resort. It is beautiful, with excellent service, nice restaurants with good food, fabulous pools, pretty sceneries, the rooms are perfect and the spa is what everyone needs. Plan a trip for the Moon Palace in Riviera Maya and book through Judy Rawls. This was our 3rd trip to Mexico and the best one!

| Hi Judy-Wanted to let you know we're back and it was wonderful!! We will for sure be planning another winter vacation for next year. We relaxed on the "beach". No white sand between my toes was a little sad. We saw Chichen Itza, snorkled, kyaked, swam, bicycled, ate, drank and best of all we went scuba diving. It was great. | Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know we had a great trip to Mexico. The resort was beautiful and very clean. The people were friendly and very helpful. The kids used the kayaks and sail boats and rented atv's and rode on the beach. They had so many activities such as volleyball, football, and capture the flag on the beach, and basketball in the pool. Also ping pong and pool tables. We did it all! The water was purified at the resort so you could drink it. But the best of all was my Christmas present. Dawn delivered 2 months early on Christmas day. Thank God we were home and they are doing well...Well thanks a million for all your help in making our vacation a wonderful time.

| ...just wanted to let you know that Secrets Capri was awesome. I have never stayed at such a beautiful resort ever. The service was wonderful, the food was wonderful. It was great! I even got a massage while I was there (first time). The only thing that surprised us was the water at the beach...you had to walk over a ledge of rough, jagged rocks to get in the water..of course that is not the resorts problem. It was extremely hot & sunny the entire week, so all we did was float around the pool all day. Very relaxing and, so, we will be looking to do something in the winter months...keep your eyes open for any good deals that will be surfacing. Thanks for your wonderful planning for us. We both appreciate all that you do. Please don't ever retire!

| Great Vacation!!! The trip was wonderful!!! Please thank everyone & pass along our extremely positive experience. (Would you especially thank Ian, our main contact at the hotel, for all he did to help us have a chance to pursue a lifelong dream of visiting a Mayan site while still enjoying the wedding. He worked many extra hours on this without complaint.) Everyone was so helpful & informative & just plain fun. We absolutely got more than our money's worth! My only suggestion for improvement would be to make it clear that the <full> day trips are so much better than anything available locally. I think more people would go on these trips if they knew that the guides were informative, fun and started as soon as you got on the bus.

| Barging through America
|
| All the services on the barge were wonderful. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and wove the history of the area into their performances. The transportation provided at each stop <port> was continuous and courteous. The points of interest that were included in the trip were varied and enjoyable. The ground transportation back to Cincinnatti was not as nice as the rest of the week. It was all super highways--lunch at a truck stop and drop off at an incoming flight terminal that was deserted. Thanks for the wine. I called and told them to check on the bus service because I felt it didn't match their standards.
Naomi Cressman, Audubon, NJ

| California Coast
|
| Our Caravan Tour of Yosemite National Park and the Southern California Coast was great! The meals that were provided were very good with a nice selection at each meal. The hotels were above average, our favorite one--Yosemite Lodge--with a beautiful view of the mountains--and dinner on the restaurant patio with a river running below and a beautiful background of the mountains, again.
We covered over 1,000 miles on our trip but we really did see alot more than we would have on our own. We met alot of nice people and enjoyed each other's company.
My only disappointment was that I could not visit a Hollywood movie studio in place of one of the other sites on the tour.
